Hello student I would like to inform you that no this is not correct information as jee main April examination is the main and final examination after which the cut off are released by the examination authority body NTA and by college respectively.

If you willing to take admission at Indraprastha University for B.tech you need to appear in jee main examination its totally upto you if you want to appear in January or in April or in both. As the last date to submit the application form of Indra prastha University for B.tech programmes is till third week of June.
So you must appear in jee main April exam and score good marks and secure your seat at Indraprastha University.

Application form for jee main April exam starts from 07th of February and shall remain open till 07th of March 2020.
