Mitesh, AISEE is an National level merit based scholarship  Entrance Examination that provides Scholarships for Engineering and Medical aspirants across India. This is an initiative by the Government of India. There have been students who have received Scholarships under this Entrance Examination. And hence this is a genuine venture.
