There is decent scope after M.Tech in Control Systems. Postgraduates are hired in industries such as Automobiles, mining, cement, power generation and transmission, etc. 
Some of the recruiter which recruit Control Engineers are BSNL, Indian Oil Corporation, etc.
Recruitment also depends on candidate's performance in the recruitment process and his/her skills and abilities.
