I find your question to be a bit confusing actually. It seems that you are keen on knowing about the AP PGECET counselling. There have been a lot of concern around this topic. Let me tell you there are no updates on the official website available as of now. But tentatively the counselling procedure should start somewhere around 4th week of August and first allotment around 1st week of September. I hope it helps.
