HI,

You need to submit your degree memos and povisional certificates during counselling ,so with out ths the counselling will be incomplete ,I wonder y your degree results have not been declared while all the other colleges have declared it,

Its not possible to get into counselling unless your degree results are announced and you dnt have any backlogs

My college is an ou affiliation it has conducted the exams just 2 weeks ago .My another doubt is will this rank be useful if I apply for counseling in the next academic year ? as you are saying I'm not eligible for this counseling.
