Hii dear!!!! Private universities are those universities which do not run on Central or state funds. They make their own funds. They have full autonomy of their own. They can make their own syllabus and grant degrees. But they cannot affiliate any other college or Institute under it. Deemed Universities get this status by MHRD If they feel that that university is doing really good.
