Candidates should pass their 12th with 50% of marks in their 12th from the respective subjects.
If you are a person who passed your 12th with the conditions as mentioned for admission into the course you need then you are definitely eligible. It doesn't matter if you are failed in degree. Also those who failed degree can write supplimentary examination For the subjects they failed. You can either try that way or apply for degree freshly again.
