Delphi method is also called ETE method (Estimate-Talk-Estimate method). It is a systematic, interactive forecasting method that depends on a panel of experts. Questionnaire is done in two rounds or more. After completion of each round facilitator provides summary of experts' forecasts from the previous round and the reasons they provided for their judgments. This summary helps experts to understand the other experts' view and answer in a better manner with more conceptual understanding. Once, answer becomes more accurate towards the correct answer the process is stopped and mean/median scores are provided to experts.
