Hello Pubali, yes Of course you can start your carrier in Indian army aftet completing your BDS degree.
In fact there is a different regiment named Army Dental Corps.Recruitment for such officer posts are done by notification according to the vacancies available.
Both male and female can apply.
For Short Service Commission entry age limit is 45 for those with bachelor degree and that of masters degree some candidates are selected and ante date seniority is given accordingly.
the SSC,ADC entry is notified twice in a year followed by an interview which is conducted at Base Hospital Delhi Cantt or RR.

It is very good option to start your career as a dentist in Indan Army after completing your BDS. 

 

You can join the as short service commission and direct permanent commission both. 

Now-a-days commisioning are only going for short services.
