The techniques to write expository texts are as follows:-

1. First and foremost form a outline of the topic which you are about to write .For eg you want to write about Dance forms in India . So your first job would be to sort out the names of all dance forms that are present in India and research well about them. While gathering information about them keep on noting key points in a way so that you can later on convert that into the main writeup.

2.Next write an introduction paragraph where you discuss about India and then dance respectively and then go on to write about combination of Indian dances .

3.Make paragraphs at least three to four where write down all the information you gathered while researching in your own words and try to make in catchy so that it doesn't become monotonous for the person who is reading it.

4.Write a concluding paragraph at last and close the topic such as here you can write why are all the dance forms in India unique from one another and each of them have their own beauty.

5. At last revise the whole writeup , go through it very carefully and proofread it . Their should be originality of the content and it would be as much better as it would be from plagiarism.  For example here you have written all that you search from either internet or any books so you have to be very careful that no any paragraphs should be copy paste of something that is already present either in the digital or printed form
