Everything in this world is tough.You can get anything easily.You have to make way..work hard and get there.So yes aiims is very tuff, lakhs of students give the examination where only few get success and honor to study in aiims.So you have to study very hard and focused if you want to get into aiims.If you will strengthen yourself then nothing will be tougher for you.
