both of the courses are quite similar but they have some differences to . they have some different focus areas . dairy science focuses on breeding, physiology etc ike top[ics while veternary focuses on topics like  animal ntrition ,animal anatomy and physiolohgy etc . the best way to find the difference is to go theough the course structure of both of the subjects i the college you are interested in .this will give you an idea on what you will going to study in your course
