After completion of B.E. you can go for MS or MBA in abroad.

For that you should give entrance exams such as GRE, GMAT, ToEFL, IELTS.

After qualifiying all these exams you have to make list of universities offering desired course for that degree and apply for those universities.

Then after selection you can apply for student visa.
