as per your query Neet 2020 admit card hasn't released yet now. Neet 2020 admit card releasing date has been postponed due to the attack of Corona. And it is the official news published by neet yesterday .you can check it out at their official website also

No, NEET has not released the admit card today by NTA amid coronavirus crisis. No confirmation on NEET admit card 2020 release date and time was given by them. The help desk also mentions that there are high chances of release of NEET admit card after lockdown at April 14, 2020.
