As of now there's no notification by NTA regarding neet examination centres being the doubled , so nothing can be said with surety

NEET examination centres may be increased considering covid-19 pandemic to ensure social distancing , and safety of students appearing for neet examination etc

You don't need to worry much about test centres if they are doubled then NTA will notify about it, prepare well for your NEET examination
