The difference between Bsc IT and BSc CS are as follows
Both the above course have their own merits and both of the course cannot be differentiated or it will be hard to do so..
It would be better if you analyze your own liking for the two subjects on the basis of your liking,what you want to do in future,which branch has more scope in it.
So at last it is totally your choice and liking of what you to enroll for

BSc IT is a program wherein students are trained to perform well in computer applications and Software
BSc CS is a more academic course, and focuses mainly on mathematical and theoretical foundations of computing plus hardware focus.
Both have their own merits offering challenging jobs in the field of computer.
I would suggest to analyse opportunities offered by both and then select the right path.

BSc IT is a program wherein students are trained to perform well in computer applications and Software. And BSc CS is a more academic course, and focuses mainly on mathematical and theoretical foundations of computing plus hardware focus. For most part IT and CS courses are similar but CS involves more Maths as compared to IT. So if you are a bit uncomfortable with Maths , take IT. Both have their own merits offering challenging jobs in the field of computers.
