The b asic differences between B.Com and B.Com(Honors) a re :

B.Com course is a programme with a course structured which makes student familiar with the various aspects of the commerce domain.

B.Com (Hons) have a business oriented course structured to develop their business skills and provide them in-depth knowledge of the field.

A student pursuing a degree in B.Com won't be able to specialize in a specific subject unlike those pursuing the degree of B.Com(Hons).

Now speaking of Market Value,

B.Com Courses don't have a very high market value unless the student pursue with business courses like MBA or M.Com

Whereas, B.Com (Hons) being a specialization course it offers better opportunities and good job prospects.
