B.E. course is mainly about theoretical concepts of topics but B.Tech focuses on practical aspects as well.B.E. tecahes you about the theoretical knowledge needed to innovate technology whereas in B.Tech you will do practicals to develop your technical skills i.e simply application based learning.

There is no comparision in case of scope as it totally depends upon one's choice
