Hey

Hope you are doing well

The university which usually offers degrees in various fields such as arts, business and science along with engineering names the degree as BE (Bachelor of Engineering). While coming toBTech(Bachelor of Technology), institutes that offer only the professional courses in engineering name the program asBTech.

B.E. program focuses more on the theoretical knowledge, like principles, equations, and procedures and so on, which are used to develop new equipments, machines and also new inventions in Science and Technology. However, B Tech course is a more practical oriented program, which is an integration of engineering principles with technology.

B.E.is considered a knowledge oriented course where more emphasis is given on the theoretical part of the curriculum While B. Tech is skill oriented which gives more emphasis on practicals.

Here are some of the colleges for B.E you can prefer:

Vishwatmak Om Gurudev College of Engineering & Polytechnic, Mumbai

Bright Future Educational Solutions, Chennai

Handas Academy, Delhi

Some of B.tech colleges name

IIT Bombay

IIT Delhi

IIT Kanpur

NIT Warangal

NIT Surathkal

Main difference in both is.
The B.Tech course is somewhat more practically intensive than the BE course which is more theoretical.

B.E (bachelor of Engineering) is Theoretical.
B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) is Practical.

If you are a B.E. degree holder, then you should posses the theoretical domain expertise (with practical knowledge too) of various components used in it like ICs, conductor etc etc. But B.tech course mainly focus on practical training. Means you need not to (much) bother about the history of components used, only you need to be expert to choose the exact components with exact calculation, so that product can deliver efficiently it's purpose.

Hope this helps you.
