There is not much difference between BE i.e bachelors in engineering and BTech i.e bachelor of technology, the difference just lies in their name, generally the University or Colleges which of various courses like BSc ,Bcom etc along engineering courses , name their engineering course as  BE , while  college /universities which offers only in engineering courses etc name the engineering course as BTech.
One minor difference between BE and BTech is that,BE is a bit more theoretical oriented while BTech is more application based oriented. But there's no major difference in BE and BTech , both are equally reputed and both have almost same syllabus, course etc
