Difference between relation and correspondence of  function is that ,a relation in which each element in the domain corresponds to exactly one element in the range is a function
Whereas, a function is said to be a correspondence between the two sets in which each element present in the first set is known as domain and that corresponds to exactly one element present in the second set , which is known as range
