difference between zoospore And zygote

Hope you are doing well.

As per your question, the basic difference between zoospore and zygote is that, zygote are produced by sexual reproduction while zoospores  are produced bt asexual reproduction.

When male and female gamete are fused for fertilization zygotes cells are formed while zoospores are formed when algae and fungi reproduce asexually.
