In B.Com Honors,specialization in a certain subject is provided whereas B.Com is a normal 3 year degree.Also,the cutoff in certain colleges and universities for B.Com  Honors is higher than B.Com (//B.Com) .

see there is two courses available for commerce aspirants in b.com (//b.com) course, you can study 3 years general b.com (//b.com) course where all about the major subjects overview is given, but depth study is not include in syllabus, where in b.com honors you will get to know about the specialization in any topic along with fundamental knowledge
