Congratulations for choosing engineering and as you want to take admission in direct second year then first it depends on your percentage /grades of previous year i.e your diploma final result (if applicable) or any other . Also depends on seat availability, your caste , your state and also you did not tell that in which state or place you want the college like you want it from all over India or some particular place.
