Correct Answer: 16:15

Solution : The number of students who obtained 60 or more marks = 19 + 13 = 32
The number of students who obtained 60 or fewer marks is = 15 + 10 + 5 = 30
Ratio = $\frac{32}{30}$ = $\frac{16}{15}$
$\therefore$ Ratio of the number of students who obtained 60 or more marks to that of students who obtained 60 or fewer marks is 16:15
Hence, the answer is 16:15.
