$\text{Number of students in Year 2000 = 20 + 50 + 90= 160}$
$\text{Number of students in Year 2001 = 30 + 60 + 110 = 200}$
$\text{Number of students in Year 2002 = 15 + 60 + 120 = 195}$
$\text{Number of students in Year 2003 = 10 + 40 + 120 =170}$

$\text{Hence , required answer is 2001 year .}$
