As you have not mentioned which exam you are talking about the question is unclear.But I assume you are asking about Jee advanced Paper 1 and 2.

Comparing P1 and P2 the only difference is the pattern of examination.

Paper 1 will contain different marking pattern and model of questions. Whereas the topics are distributed equally.Some topics may have some weightage in P1 and not in P2. As the paper and pattern change everytime we cannot assume what might come.
