The scope of both is quite wide. As, clinical embryologist can work in the fields like clinics, industry and research organisations that deal with IVF , or can be employed by assisted reproductive clinics in government as well as private hospitals.

While, Microbiologists can work in the areas of Food Microbiology, en vironmental Science, Healthcare and Medicine, g enetic Engineering, Agrochemistry, biotechnology, Pollution control boards, Biorefineries, Hospitals.

Choose the one you can most likely relate to.
