The BBOSE Certificate is accepted in the private colleges and will also be accepting JEE scores their main focus is the 12th pass, JEE appeared candidate with the required marks. but there might be a possibility that certain colleges, according to their own regulations don't approve of it but it's mostly 12th equivalent, so, it depends upon the college you are willing to apply.
