So, with regard of you're query. The dates for both JEE Mains sessions have been announced. The first session will take place on June 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29, 2022, while the second will take place on July 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30, 2022. The link to download the JEE Main admit card for session 1 will be activated soon. For the most up-to-date information, visit the official website. The registration for the JEE Mains session 2 has begun at jeemain.nta.nic.in 2022.

Therefore for 1st and 2nd attempt, The gap is  20 days.

The JEE Main 2022 session 1 exam will be held between June 20 to 29, 2022 and session 2 exam will be held between July 21 to 30, 2022. So yes, you'll get 30 days gap between the two sessions.

The authorities have started the JEE Mains session 2 registration at jeemain.nta.nic.in 2022. The NTA waived off the 75 percent eligibility criteria in JEE Main 2022 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
