Getting a govt college is not easy these days but it's not impossible too, You can definitely get there if you good rank but if you don't have a good rank don't worry here comes the secret weapon in the game your caste certificate.

If you are from SC/ST or OBC you better chancer than a general ranking candidate or at last you can try your local contacts and buy a seat.
