Hi

Yes, you need to clear NEET examination for studying mbbs etc in foreign countries

This is because,
it has been mandatory to qualify neet examination for taking admission in medical courses like MBBS , BDS, AYUSH courses etc in any Medical College be it government or private, not only in India but also if you want to do these courses in foreign countries.

Thus, you must qualify neet examination even if you want to do MBBS etc in a foreign country
