Your answer is No. You can directly go to alloted institute because you have already confirmed your documents at ARC center.for any queries you can vist ARC center.

See, you need to report to ARC only ONCE when a seat is alloted to you for the first time.

I get college in round 1 and float it, what if I didn't get any college in round 2 or 3, should I need to freeze cap round 1? Thank you in advanced
