Hello Bhavesh.

You do not have to repot to arc if you did not get a better vollege in the later rounds. You have to visit arc only nce during the seat allotment. The college is already alloted to you so you just have to report to your alloted college. You just have to take the original copies along with you and also read all the instructions and rules carefully.
