According to me, you need to solve only three parts of the question paper, they provide a choice between Mathematics and Biology. 

Biology is only for Biotechnology aspirants. All other branch students have to answer the Mathematics part. Still, if you wish you may answer those, as there is no negative marking, but you will get marks depending on the branch preferred.

You need not to attend biology section in SRMJEE as you are choosing B Tech CSE.

You need to salve questions for Physics,Chemistry and Maths only.
