No there is no need to submit it again because now only those application forms can be re-submitted in which some correction have been made and if there is no correction then there is no need to re-submit it.

If you think that you haven't made any mistake or errors in your NEET Application paper, then you didn't need to make corrections in your NEET Application form during the Correction window. Anyways, if you will make any mistake in your NEET Application form, then the NTA Authorities will inform you in your registered Email ID for the same, and then you can correct those mistakes in the Correction window for NEET Application form.

Otherwise, if you don't have any corrections to make in your NEET application form, then you didn't need to submit it.
