Dear Aspirant

The chances are very low with your SC category rank- 1014 and 81 percentile because 2018's cut off rank details shows the opening and closing rank was 13 - 53 for Puducherry and 59 - 318 for Karaikal campuses and total, only 20 seats are reserved for SC which is quite competetive.

Not in 1st round as only 1-200 ranks from SC are shortlisted for the same. After 1st, the notice will be published regarding 2nd and if you're in mentioned shortlisted list , then can go for counselling or else not.Generally, the candidates who had just qualified(not good rank) are eligible for final counselling but only in case of availability of vacant seats which is not usual.
