No, I don't think NCC certificate will help anyhow in clearing NDA written examination. However once you have cleared the written exam, it will surely help in SSB. Other than this, NCC helps you to develop discipline which surely helps in every examination. You can also appear in NCC officer entry in future which is special entry for NCC cadets.
