Yes,They release the marks in the month of April.

I think no; marks will not release because this time rank will be based on the percentile score ( relative  score).

And the highest percentile will be considered for the final ranking.

Percentile makes all the slots equal / at a reference level and percentile will depend upon the number of students score less than or equal to you in your slot.
