The most important chapters for physics is a mental concept but the truth is that the questions asked tries to cover maximum portion of the syllabus. In the below table you can see the unit wise weightage of different topics from Neet 2020:

So the most important chapters accordingly are:

• Kinematics
• Force
• Work and energy
• Friction
• Centre of masses
• Electrostatics and capacitors
• Current electricity
• Whole modern physics (most easy part but generally left by students)
• Magnetism and it's effects

Also try to cover every part of mechanics as all topics are inter connected.
