Hope you are doing great. No, absolutely not there is nothing effects the entrance test and the rank in relation with the less marks you scored in the 11th and 12th. The only criteria for the examination of EAMCET of TS is you are qualified to give the exam if you pass the examination 12th and the marks is not actually considered and doesn't effect the entrance test. And in regard the admission in any engineering college, the colleges/ Institutions that takes admissions on base on entrance test only take the score of that test even you have scored less in 12th it can't be much problem and in case of the institutions that takes score on merit the scenario will be different.
