There is no fourth round of counselling in AP EAMCET. Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education (APSCHE ) will start the round 3 AP EAMCET 2020 counselling from February 3. That was the last round of counselling there isn't any fourth round.  AP EAMCET seat allotment is done on the basis of marks secured by candidates in AP EAMCET through counselling. Students who will be allotted a seat after the AP EAMCET counselling have to report to the allotted institute for the confirmation of admission.
