Admission in the undergraduate Veterinary course is based on the entrance exam results. However, to be eligible for the entrance examination, one must have a minimum score of 50% in class 12th with physics, chemistry and biology as compulsory subjects ..

So don't think much about 12 marks ,focus on entrance exam .
