This query can be answered by assuming that you are asking for the gym facilities in hostels of colleges. I would like to answer by saying that this depends on hostels to hostels in almost all private universities you will get gym facilities which are not included in hostel fee and you have to pay extra for it whereas in government colleges there are no extra fees for it but gym of government are not very well developed
