No, totally not.Both these subjects are totally different thing.
For Btech generally colleges take admission through Jee marks or by going through board marks.
While in BBA various colleges conduct their entrnace exams in which they set question which consists of questions from maths,reasoning,computer science, english, business studies related questions.

So, if you are going for BBA prepare as directed above.

But according to me most probably there can be a difference in the pattern of exam and syllabus as well.
