In XAT, to get a call, only part A is considered. The GK and essay ie part B is not taken into consideration for calculating the percentile.

Since 14 contains GK also, you will have to look only at part A marks. Also, cut off in terms of marks for colleges id difficult to stipulate. But the following link gives an idea of various colleges that accept XAT scores and the percentile required.
