You should know that,the competetive exam conducted for doing engineering after is JEE Mains and to qualify the exam you firstly have to clear the cutoff which varies from category to category. As this year the cutoff for general EWS was 78.2,for OBC NCL it was 74.3,for SC it was 54 and for ST it was 449 and for PWD it was 0.11.So for getting civil or any other firstly you to clear thr cutoff required for your category.
