Yes you need to past the exact photo that is there in your admit card. The photograph printed on the admit card is similar to the one uploaded during registration. Therefore, candidates are advised to keep copies of identical photograph uploaded during registration. If you don't have the same photo i would suggest you to take the copies from any photo studio. They can make copies of the photo that you need.
