No , you do not need to visit RC after every round.

You only need to go to RC under following situations;

• If you are alloted seat for thevfirst time in any college other than IITs .
• Report to IIT RC ,if you are alloted a seat in IIT for the first time.
• Report when you want to change your optiobs , float to slide , slide to freeze or float to freeze.
