After you have applied for the CBSE improvement examination by filling out the application form properly and have paid the required fees to confirm your candidature for the application process, you then need to take a printout of the application form, i.e., the confirmation page send it through post to the regional CBSE office along with your old marksheet of class 12 examination for document verification purposes.
